Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept checks, cash, health savings account cards, and credit cards.
Cancellation Policy
If your appointment is canceled less than 48 hours before your scheduled time, the total amount is due and nonrefundable—exceptions for medical and family emergencies.
